“Girl of the Salt Wind” belongs to a quiet series of textile objects where clothing becomes a vessel for memory.
 
At the center of the garment appears a portrait from another time.
 
A young woman captured in soft sepia tones, her gaze slightly turned away as if lost in thought. The image carries the fragile elegance of the early twentieth century — delicate features, a shimmering hat, and the stillness of a forgotten photograph.
 
The portrait is framed by hand-applied black lace embroidery, forming a subtle window into the past. The textile frame softens the edges of the image, allowing it to emerge gently from the surface of the cotton.
 
A small strand of golden beads is carefully placed along the neckline of the figure, forming a delicate necklace. This subtle intervention transforms the printed image into a dimensional object, giving the portrait a quiet presence.
