Due to the unique and individually transformed nature of each piece, Fly Art Atelier accepts return requests within 7 days of delivery.

 

To be eligible for return:

 

– The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

– All original packaging must be included.

– Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

– Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted.

 

Custom commissions and made-to-order pieces are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

 

Fly Art Atelier reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional preparation time.

International Shipping

International delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
